Farnborough – Kingsmead Square

St Modwen have confirmed plans to commence the development of Kingsmead Square, the final phase of their multimillion-pound redevelopment of Farnborough town centre. The site comprises the former Debenhams unit along with cleared land that sits between the entrance to the Meads Shopping Centre and phase II of the town centre redevelopment, which is anchored by Sainsbury’s, New Look, and The Gym amongst others.  The scheme will provide approx. 26,500 sq ft of ground floor commercial space and 99 residential units at upper level. Demolition has now commenced.  Wrather Property have provided development and valuation advise and are now seeking pre-lets ahead of practical completion, with their joint agents.
