Gravesend – Pure Gym, New Road
As part of their plans to redevelop the former BHS unit in prime New Road, Vabeld UK Limited have exchanged an Agreement for Lease and Lease with Pure Gym who will occupy part of the ground floor and the entire basement, following completion of landlord’s division works. Whilst separately owned, the building abuts the St George’s Shopping Centre, which is itself undergoing refurbishment pending partial redevelopment. Wrather Property acted for Vabeld.
