Acting jointly on behalf of private investor Thornton Heath LLP, Wrather Property have sold the freehold investment along with long leasehold interest in the residential upper parts. Following their original purchase, Thornton Heath LLP regeared the lease on the ground floor with Iceland Foods Limited and having secured detailed planning consent, redeveloped the redundant upper parts with 9 residential units which were all sold off on long leases. Wrather Property also provided lease regear and development advise.
