Catford – Brookdale Club

Another letting in Catford on behalf of Catford Regeneration Partnership Limited (London Borough of Lewisham). Unlimited Futures Ltd, a new venture from the Chronic Love Foundation based at the Bussey Building in Peckham, have acquired the space on a new lease and following refurbishment works, will create a music venue with artist and recording facilities. CRPL are continuing to work up their proposals for the comprehensive redevelopment of the club and the adjoining shopping centre.
