Wrather Property have been instructed to provide development and commercial valuation advise to Spray Street Quarter LLP, a joint venture between St Modwen Properties Plc and Notting Hill Housing Group, in respect of their proposed redevelopment of the Woolwich Market area with a mixed use retail, leisure, commercial and residential scheme.
