Luda, a brand new High Street concept from Mecca Bingo, have acquired a prime unit adjacent to Nandos on the Oxford Street frontage, within the new Dolphin Square Leisure scheme developed by McClaren Life. The scheme is anchored by Cine, with other occupiers including Pizza Express and Prezzo, and has been funded by Lancashire County Council. Wrather Property acted for McClaren Life.
