Life Property have secured planning consent at appeal and completed the purchase of a 0.9 ha site, in a prominent position on the A36 adjacent to the Petersfinger Park & Ride. Premier Inn and McDonald’s are to occupy a 65 bed hotel and drive thru restaurant. Wrather Property acted for Life in respect of the site purchase and lettings.
