Acting on behalf of Loungers, Wrather Property have secured a further site on a new 15 year lease, to be known as Molo Lounge, and which is located in a prime corner position at 195/197 High Street. Loungers was formed in 2002 and is now a substantial and growing operator with over 100 units trading across England and Wales, offering an all day dining experience.
